Yoga Central is situated at the lower end of Wyndham Street near where it meets Queen's Road, Central. It faces the back of the Foreign Correspondents Club building.
It is within easy access of Central MTR station. Take exit D1 or D2 and head for Marks & Spencer on Queen's Road. Take the road up the side of Marks & Spencer, which is Wyndham Street, and walk for 100 metres on the right side of the road. Just past the turning for Wellington Street you will find Kai Kwong House, No. 13 Wyndham Street, where Yoga Central is located. We are on the 4th floor.
