To attend a class it is necessary to book a place in advance. Each teacher takes his/her own bookings, so please ring the relevant teacher at the telephone numbers below.  Call Karen at Yoga Central Limited if any problems in contacting the teachers.

If you are unable to attend after having booked, please give the teacher 24-hours notice. Otherwise you will be charged for the missed class.

As a courtesy to other students and the teacher, please arrive on time.
