Aishah is a freelance Training Consultant who helps graduates make a transition from students to office professionals. She started doing yoga in 2000 and joined Peter Scott's Teacher Training in 2007 as she evolved from her yoga practice. Since then, she has been a dedicated practitioner and puts in extensive work and research in understanding the theory and teaching of yoga. She believes yoga is not just for those who are flexible but for anyone who wishes to acquire strength and peach with oneself.

| Gaelle F. Daffner, received a 500-hours yoga teacher certification in the U.S. and studied with senior Iyengar and Vinyasa teachers around the world. Rigor, concentration and humor are the basis of her teaching. She moved to Hong Kong in 2006 and has been teaching at various studio's or clubs. She conducts classes in English or French to 'unwind' the busy bodies and souls in town.

| Jesse Tong has practised yoga for more than 18 years and she is Iyengar certified at Introductory II level. She has taught both group and private classes in Hong Kong since 2000. Alignment is her major focus in yoga practice and she provides a thoughtful flow and sequence to any multi-level yoga class. She does mostly privates and small groups nowadays.

Karen started her yoga 'journey' in 1999 and tried various yoga types - Ashtanga, Anusara, Acroyoga, Power/Hot, Sri Sri, Tibetan Heart Yoga...and now an advocator of the Iyengar system for its well-examplified 'science & art' of yoga teaching by Mr. BKS Iyengar. In 2007, she joined Peter Scott's Teachers' Training program which covers postures, anatomy, physiology, philosophy, teaching techniques and most importantly, self-practice. She believes yoga is for all body types and ages and teaches with compassion. She now handles primarily the Cantonese or bi-linqual teachings in addition to managing the studio.

Ms. Wong has been practising yoga actively and intensively for 7 years; alignment is her major focus. She conducts flow and vinyasa yoga classes to mixed-level groups. Since 2007, she has been studying under Peter Scott for Iyengar teacher certification. She teaches with vigor and intention and most students found her classes a great 'work-out' in addition to postural alignment.

| Nicole Gatehouse has been practising yoga for over 19 years - with Peter Scott who is Iyengar certified at Senior Intermediate Level 2 in Australia, and at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Amsterdam under Cle Souren. She moved to Hong Kong in 2001 and has been teaching yoga to groups, privates and kids. Her unique blend of flow and sequence has made lasting impressions to students.

| Ruth Hogg was trained at the Royal Academy of Dancing in London for 3 years before training with the Polestar Pilates organization. She has been teaching Pilates mat work classes in Hong Kong since 1999. Ruth's teaching style is very clear, precise and patient. Everyone receives individual attention, ensuring that all movements are performed effectively, comfortably, and most importantly, safely.

Ursula Moser started practising yoga over 20 years ago while living in Asia. She took her first chance to get certified as Iyengar Intro II teacher in Ottawa. Being a long time practitioner, Ursula attended numerous workshops and intensives with internationally well-known Senior Iyengar Yoga teachers, such as Shirley French in Canada, Faeq Biria in France, Birjoo Mehta and Cle Souren in Hong Kong. She is now prparing for her next Iyengar teacher assessment for Junior Intermediate I and eager to share her precise teachings and diversified practice experience with students.

| Ushie Tuck, a nurse by training and mother of 2 teenagers; started her Iyengar yoga 'path'with Dominique Sechet in Toulouse, France for 6 years, incl. 1-year as teaching assistant; now certified as Iyengar LI/II teacher. She will teach headstands, shoulder stands and twists in addition to base poses. Supports would be used as needed and recuperative class once a month.
